Terms of use and refunds

1. What the service is

Restaurant HACCP Plan is software that builds draft HACCP plans and blank monitoring logs from templates. Everything it produces is a draft for your local regulatory authority and a qualified person to review. The disclaimer is part of these terms.

2. Your license

The Plan Pack is a one-time $79 purchase. It gives one business a non-transferable license to make and use exports for its own kitchens. Please don't share or resell your key. We may switch off keys that are posted publicly or abused.

3. Refunds: 14 days, no questions

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason. Include your checkout reference or the email you paid with. We process refunds through Polar, our payment provider, back to the original card, usually within 2 business days of your email; your bank may take a few more days to show it. Once refunded, the license key is turned off.

4. Your responsibility

You're responsible for checking that every hazard, limit and procedure fits your recipes, equipment and jurisdiction, for getting any variance or approval you need, and for following and recording the plan.

5. No warranty and limits on liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren't liable for foodborne illness, inspection results, fines, closures or lost profits.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
