Questions before you buy
Is the Plan Pack a subscription?
No. You pay $79 once and that's it. There's nothing to cancel and no renewal email coming next year.
What happens after I pay?
Polar, our payment provider, shows a receipt and emails you a license key within a minute or two. Paste it into step 3 of the builder, press Check key, and the exports switch on straight away. Your answers are still there because they're saved in your browser.
Who handles payment and tax?
Polar is the merchant of record. They take the card payment, work out any sales tax or VAT for where you are and send the receipt. We never see your card number.
What's the refund policy?
Email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund the full $79. No questions, no need to explain. The refund goes back through Polar to the card you paid with.
Will the health department approve the plan?
That's their call, not ours. The Plan Pack gets you a structured draft with every limit cited to the FDA Food Code 2022. Your inspector reviews it and may ask for changes, recipes or validation data.
